I was safely yielding to oncoming traffic, when a husband and wife in a pickup truck came up behind me and held down their horn for about 10 seconds. This intersection is like none I've ever seen before, and is very dangerous if you've never used it before. Since it was impossible for me to safely merge into the mess, I didn't let the idiots behind me bully me into crashing and dying. I ruled the road.

Please note, if these people were really in an emergency, they could have maneuvered around me, put on their emergency blinkers, and maybe even yelled out "it's an emergency!". I have no doubt they were just irritated because they thought they could have somehow easily merged with the traffic. Too bad.
